Our last full day here and we woke to thick fog or a heavy mist, either way we saw no sun until 12.45pm.
We were going to walk the canal in the opposite direction today, after finishing our chores prior to leaving tomorrow, but Win's back and her knee is painful so we're here for the rest of the day.
Fortunately, now the fog has lifted, it's again quite warm and we can sit out and read.
It's much quieter here as many have departed and have not been replaced by newcomers.
Look beyond Venus with Apple, by Thorvaldsen, and you will see a rather unique nesting box.
Tomorrow we leave behind the Troyes Horse and head for Calais. Bien Assise is our campsite of choice once again, then to Eurotunnel on Monday for our 12.30pm crossing. All being well we hope to be home in time for our evening meal.
